Molchanovs freediving education system has been created by Natalia Molchanova, the world's most decorated freediver ever.

 

It has been enriched with the expertise of some of the world's best freedivers including Alexey Molchanov, Adam Stern and Goran Colak and is designed to take a beginner, step by step, to an elite freediver.

It consists of four levels (Waves), of which each has three steps:

​

• online e-learning content

​

• theory class and pool/open water sessions run by molchanovs freediving instructor​

​

• free weekly training program (Base Training) to master newly gained skills and progress to the next levels of the education

​

 

Freedive Cayman runs beginners and intermediate, Wave 1 and Wave 2 courses.
